Terms and Conditions

1  By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. It is illegal to supply fireworks to persons under 18 years of age. It is also illegal to attempt to buy fireworks online if you are under 18 years. All of our fireworks on this website conform to the European Standard and are CE marked and suitable for sale to the public. All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling.

2    All information included on this website is provided in good faith. Please note that most of our descriptions are as supplied by the manufacturer. Descriptions and videos of effects may differ from the actual product supplied due to various reasons including changes in the manufacturing process. All descriptions, product measurements and timings are to be treated as an approximate guide. We do our very best to ensure that these are 100% accurate; however we accept no liability for any errors. We reserve the right to make substitutions of a greater or equal value where necessary.

3    All special offers are subject to availability and whilst stock lasts. Prices and offers are only available on this website, and may not be available in our store. 

4    Not every firework available online can be purchased in our shop. Our shop only has storage  space for a fixed quantity of fireworks so some items may not be on sale there.

Payment

5  Payment is accepted by cash or bank transfer. 

6 All goods remain the property of Fireworks City until payment is received in full. In the event that payment is rejected we reserve the right to recover the goods. Security and risk of damage to goods is the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment collection or delivery takes place.

Delivery and Claims

7   When you receive your order please check you have the correct number of items before the carrier leaves. Claims for loss or damage will not be accepted unless stated to the carrier at the time of delivery. 

8   Carriers will not deliver fireworks unless an adult can sign for the goods at the delivery address. In the event of the carrier being unable to deliver to an address due to no-one being available to sign for the goods, and a repeat delivery attempt is made, we reserve the right to pass on any additional costs imposed by the carrier, to the customer.
